That's a beautiful picture Frederick. I don't think the thistles where I live are nearly that pretty--they just hurt!

When I was a kid we used to collect the fluff from the flowers. I always wanted to get enough to make a pillow, but I never did. Do you know what kind of thistles those are?

A thistle is not as bad as getting stinging nettle up your pants. Mama did that this evening.
