We produce our own eggs. Eggs can be high in Omega-3 fatty acids if hens are free to eat weeds and bugs. In fact, eggs may even fight depression.

Frederick loves to play with the chickens. We caught him on the roof of the hen house. He had carried the hen up with him. This may be our favorite picture of all time from our property. We included it in the banner of the Rebuild Blog.
